1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TinnitusBuddy (the "App"), a product offering of Intuico Digital, LLC, or our website at tinnitusbuddy.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

TinnitusBuddy is NOT a medical device. The content, sound therapies, and cognitive reframing techniques provided in the App and on the Site are for informational and relaxation purposes only. They are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always seek the advice of your physician or qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition, including tinnitus. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on TinnitusBuddy.

2. Subscriptions

TinnitusBuddy offers a "Pro" subscription that unlocks additional features.

  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
  • Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
  • Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase. TinnitusBuddy developers cannot cancel your subscription or issue refunds on your behalf.

3. User Data & Privacy

We prioritize your privacy. As detailed in our Privacy Policy, your journal entries are stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for backing up your data (e.g., via iCloud Backup) to prevent loss in case of device failure.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by you), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TinnitusBuddy and its licensors. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

TinnitusBuddy is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Intuico Digital, LLC makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their services, or the information, content, or materials included therein.

Results Not Guaranteed: Individual results from sound therapy and cognitive reframing may vary. We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of the service will result in a reduction of tinnitus perception, improved sleep, or any specific health outcome. You expressly agree that your use of TinnitusBuddy is at your sole risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Intuico Digital, LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
  • Any content obtained from the Service.

7. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
